Mobile DJ Accreditation Application

You will need a minimum of PAT & PLI to be considered for accreditation

We have tried to keep this as simple as possible and we strongly recommend you read the information using the navigation menu on the left and selecting "Accreditation Tips" before proceeding with the application.

Many of the fields below require supporting documentation to be uploaded and you must submit these within seven days of the application. PAT and PLI are compulsory and there is a facility within this application to upload them.

After submitting the initial application you can forward supporting documentation either by email or using the navigation menu on the left and selecting "Document Upload". All relevant claims, memberships and policies will be checked if you have indicated you possess them, if you have failed to upload them they will be discounted from the application.
